Terms of service
Terms of service
The terms covering use of this website and the basis on which Queue Bytes quotes and delivers work.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Using this website
This site is provided for information. Its content is offered in good faith but does not constitute a contractual offer, technical advice for your specific environment, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Engagements are governed separately
Work is delivered under a signed statement of work or services agreement. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence in all cases.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are confirmed in writing after discovery. Indicative figures given before discovery are estimates and are not binding. Fixed-price work is fixed against the scope recorded in the statement of work; changes to that scope are quoted and agreed in writing before the work begins.
Case studies and figures
Case studies describe past engagements and are published with client permission, anonymised where confidentiality applies. Results depend on the specific environment and constraints of each engagement and are not a prediction of what will happen in yours.
Intellectual property
Content, branding and code on this website belong to Queue Bytes unless stated otherwise. Deliverables produced under a client engagement transfer to the client as set out in the relevant agreement — typically on final payment, including source code, documentation and signing keys.
Third-party services
We implement and support software supplied by third parties. Those products remain subject to their own vendor licence terms and service levels, which we do not control and cannot vary.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, liability arising from an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable services agreement. Queue Bytes is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here at the time you access the site, dated above.
