Services
Specialists, not generalists.
Ten service lines we run often enough to have runbooks, fixed prices and honest timelines for. If a request falls outside them we will say so and point you somewhere better.

How we work
The commercial bit, up front.
Four things we commit to on every engagement, regardless of size. They are in the agreement, not just on this page.
Discovery is paid, and it is yours
We will not quote a migration or an implementation blind. Discovery produces an environment map, a risk list and a fixed-price proposal — and you keep all three whether or not you proceed with us.
Fixed price after discovery
Once we know what is actually there, the project price is fixed. Scope changes are quoted separately and agreed in writing before anyone starts work on them.
Documentation is a deliverable
Runbooks, configuration records and handover notes are part of the price, not an extra. If we disappeared tomorrow, another provider could pick your environment up from the documents.
One named engineer
You get a lead engineer who knows your environment, backed by a team that can cover them. Not a rotating queue where you re-explain the setup each time.
Engagement phases
Same four phases, every time.
- 01
Assess
We map what you actually have — not what the documentation claims. Mailboxes, identities, devices, licences, integrations, and the undocumented thing one person keeps running.
- 02
Plan
A written plan with the cutover window, the rollback trigger, and who is on the bridge. Agreed before anything is touched, so nobody improvises at 11pm.
- 03
Execute
Pre-staging runs for days in the background. The window itself carries only the delta, and every step is checked off against the runbook as it completes.
- 04
Support
Hypercare through the first full working week, then either a documented handover to your team or an ongoing support agreement. Your choice, made with real information.
Not sure which of these you need?
Describe the problem rather than the solution. Most calls end with us recommending less work than people expected, and occasionally with us saying you do not need us at all.
