Managed IT Support
Someone who picks up, and knows your setup.
Most support contracts are a ticket queue with a logo on it. Ours is a named engineer who already knows how your tenant, your devices and your line-of-business apps are wired together, backed by a team that can cover them.
What you end up with
- Published response targets by severity, reported against monthly
- Joiner/leaver handled by runbook, not by memory
- Restores tested on a schedule, not assumed to work
- Recurring issues traced to root cause instead of reclosed weekly
Scope
What the engagement covers.
Platforms & tooling
- Microsoft Intune
- Entra ID
- Windows
- macOS
- Defender
- Autopilot
- Jamf
- 01
Service desk
Email, phone and portal intake with published response targets by severity, and an on-call path for genuine outages.
- 02
Device management
Enrolment, baseline configuration, patching and encryption enforcement across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android via Intune or your existing MDM.
- 03
Monitoring and patching
Endpoint and server monitoring with scheduled patch rings, so updates land on a maintenance window rather than mid-invoice-run.
- 04
Backup and recovery testing
Backups configured for Microsoft 365 and on-premises data, and — the part usually skipped — restores tested on a schedule.
- 05
Onboarding and offboarding runbooks
A repeatable joiner/leaver process so new starters have working accounts on day one and leavers lose access the same hour.
- 06
Quarterly IT review
Ticket trends, recurring root causes, licence spend, lifecycle planning and what we recommend fixing next quarter.
How it runs
Four phases, agreed before we start.
- 01
Assess
Output: environment map, risk list, fixed-price proposal.
- 02
Plan
Output: runbook, comms templates, rollback criteria.
- 03
Execute
Output: live status channel, step-by-step verification log.
- 04
Support
Output: reconciliation report, documentation, handover session.
Questions
About managed it support.
Do you replace our internal IT person?
Usually not. Most often we sit alongside them and take the repetitive load — patching, onboarding, tier-one tickets — so internal staff can work on the things only they can do.
Can you support a site you did not build?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a documentation and discovery pass, because we will not commit to a response target on an environment we have not mapped.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything stopping the business from trading: mail down, site-wide network loss, suspected compromise, or a critical application offline. Those route to on-call regardless of the hour.

A short call to understand the environment, then discovery if it looks like a fit. You will get a written proposal either way.
