Management Software
The system you need, not the one with the best demo.
Choosing business software badly is expensive for years. We run selection against your real requirements, implement without inventing custom modules you will regret, and — most importantly — connect the new system to everything else so nobody rekeys data between them.
What you end up with
- Selection scored against weighted requirements, with reasoning recorded
- Data migrated and reconciled against the source system
- Integrations removing duplicate entry between systems
- Hypercare cover through the first period-end after go-live
Scope
What the engagement covers.
Platforms & tooling
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Zoho
- Odoo
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- QuickBooks
- Xero
- 01
Requirements and selection
A weighted requirements matrix from the people who will use the system, scored against a shortlist, with the reasoning written down.
- 02
Implementation
Configuration, data migration from whatever you run now, and user acceptance testing against real scenarios rather than demo data.
- 03
Systems integration
Accounting, CRM, inventory, e-commerce and payroll connected so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed.
- 04
Reporting and dashboards
The handful of numbers leadership actually acts on, automated, instead of a monthly spreadsheet assembled by hand.
- 05
Training and adoption
Role-based training, written quick-reference guides, and a hypercare period after go-live when questions are at their peak.
How it runs
Four phases, agreed before we start.
- 01
Assess
Output: environment map, risk list, fixed-price proposal.
- 02
Plan
Output: runbook, comms templates, rollback criteria.
- 03
Execute
Output: live status channel, step-by-step verification log.
- 04
Support
Output: reconciliation report, documentation, handover session.
Questions
About management software.
Are you tied to a particular vendor?
No. We implement several platforms and have no reseller quota to fill, which means selection can honestly conclude that your current system plus two integrations beats a replacement.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused CRM rollout is typically weeks; a multi-entity ERP with stock and manufacturing is months. The variable is almost always data quality in the outgoing system, which is why discovery looks at it first.
What happens to our historic data?
Migrated where it is useful and archived where it is not. Migrating fifteen years of unreconciled records into a clean system is a common and expensive mistake.
