Google Workspace
Workspace set up the way an admin would want it.
Whether you are adopting Workspace, tightening one that grew organically, or moving between Workspace and Microsoft 365, the work is the same: get identity right, get sharing under control, and make the migration boring.
What you end up with
- 2-Step Verification enforced, with recovery paths documented
- Shared drives structured by team, not by whoever created the folder
- Public link exposure audited and reduced before handover
- Admin console handed over documented, not just delegated

Documented configuration and a working session with whoever holds the admin console after we leave.

Questions
About google workspace.
Can you move us from Workspace to Microsoft 365, or the reverse?
Both directions, regularly. Mail, calendars, contacts and files, with a reconciliation report at the end either way.
Do shared drives survive a migration?
Yes, including membership and permission levels. Ownership mapping is agreed with you up front, because it is the decision that causes the most surprises later.
Can you run Workspace and Microsoft 365 side by side?
For a period, yes — during phased migrations or after an acquisition. It needs deliberate mail routing and calendar-sharing configuration, which we set up and document.
